What You Will Do

Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care in accordance with established standards.

Collaborate with physicians, staff, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Document patient assessments, interventions, and care plans accurately.

Support lactation care and education in line with certification standards.

Respond effectively in emergent situations, including neonatal care.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license
-
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
-
If ADN is the highest degree held, a BSN must be completed within five years of start date

Current CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS Provider or Instructor)
Within Specified Timeframes:
-
Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CBC), or comparable lactation certification within 1 year of hire

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 6 months of hire
