Your Responsibilities

  • Engage in classroom learning focused on critical thinking, evidence-based assessments, care planning, and care evaluation

  • Shadow experienced RNs to gain field knowledge and participate in group debriefs

  • Practice in the community alongside a preceptor as part of an interdisciplinary care team

  • Deliver personalized nursing and care management to patients in their homes or care facilities

  • Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly

  • Promote ongoing professional development through in-services, training, formal education, and journal reading

Qualifications

  • Recently obtained RN license

  • Valid driver’s license or NYS Non-Driver photo ID card may be required

Education

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Experience

  • No prior nursing experience required

  • Ability to walk up and down steps to access patient residences

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: $100,988.00 – $127,188.00
