Our Growth & History

October 2011 – Fletcher Allen Health Care (now UVM Medical Center) and Central Vermont Medical Center formed an affiliation.

January 2013 – Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh and Elizabethtown Community Hospital in Elizabethtown joined.

2016 – Alice Hyde Medical Center became part of the network.
Originally known as Fletcher Allen Partners, our network has evolved into The University of Vermont Health Network, dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered healthcare through collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to our communities.
