  • $12,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible employees

RN Job Summary
Registered Nurses (RNs) work closely with supervising physicians to assess, monitor, and care for residents. Their responsibilities include ensuring that care is in line with facility protocols, administering medications, and performing related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents

  • Demonstrate strong clinical skills and excellent bedside manner

  • Record medical history, symptoms, and vital signs, and update medical charts (EMR)

  • Administer medications and follow doctor-recommended treatment plans

  • Ensure compliance with all nursing regulations, standards, and policies

  • Collaborate effectively with other nursing staff, doctors, and administrators

Requirements:

  • AS or BS degree in Nursing

  • Current Maine RN licensure

  • CPR certification (must be current during employment)

  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or strong computer skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Leadership potential or interest in developing leadership skills

  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
