Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide leadership and clinical oversight to ensure exceptional care for our residents in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized treatment plans, guide nursing staff, and promote a safe, respectful, and professional workplace.

Current and valid RN license in the state of California

Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred

Strong observational, critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills

Proven ability to lead and mentor a team with professionalism, patience, and kindness
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with attending physicians and document progress notes, orders, and care plans

Supervise LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff in delivering patient-centered care

Review nursing documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with care standards

Administer medications, treatments, and IVs, while maintaining thorough documentation

Evaluate diagnostic results to assess patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly

Promote a positive, respectful, and safe working environment across all shifts
