Kidney Associates of Kansas City is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to support our physicians and nurse practitioners in providing high-quality care to patients with renal disease and multiple chronic conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about patient care and looking to work in a stable environment with a predictable schedule—no nights, weekends, or on-call duties required.


What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage chronic illness care plans

  • Communicate with patients and healthcare providers by phone to coordinate care

  • Provide patient education related to renal disease and other chronic conditions

  • Independently assess and escalate emergent health issues to appropriate providers

  • Build trusted relationships with patients while supporting long-term care management


Qualifications

  • Active RN license (Required)

  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

  • Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a specialized practice

  • Prior experience in chronic care (preferred but not required)
