Kidney Associates of Kansas City is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to support our physicians and nurse practitioners in providing high-quality care to patients with renal disease and multiple chronic conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about patient care and looking to work in a stable environment with a predictable schedule—no nights, weekends, or on-call duties required.
What You’ll Do

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage chronic illness care plans

Communicate with patients and healthcare providers by phone to coordinate care

Provide patient education related to renal disease and other chronic conditions

Independently assess and escalate emergent health issues to appropriate providers

Build trusted relationships with patients while supporting long-term care management
Qualifications

Active RN license (Required)

Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor

Eagerness to learn and grow within a specialized practice

Prior experience in chronic care (preferred but not required)
