This is a direct care opportunity where you will support clients who may face challenges accessing standard care, helping them meet their goals and ensuring they receive the necessary treatment.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting clients in achieving their treatment goals in collaboration with the treatment team.

Communicating and coordinating with external medical providers to ensure seamless care.

Overseeing medication management under the guidance of the prescribing team.

Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, their support systems, community agencies, and the Sheppard Pratt organization to deliver comprehensive care.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $88,000, depending on factors such as years of relevant experience.
What we need from you:

An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.

A valid Registered Nurse license to practice in Maryland.

A driver’s license with 3 points or less, along with access to an insured vehicle.
