Your Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients in urgent medical situations.

Assess, triage, and develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Provide rapid, evidence-based interventions to stabilize critically ill patients while supporting patients and their families during medical crises.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional patient care.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring all care aligns with legal, ethical, hospital, and regulatory standards.

Utilize strong communication skills to build positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications
Required:
✔ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
✔ Current RN license in Idaho
✔ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
✔ Obtain ACLS within 6 months, PALS within 9 months, and TNCC within 1 year
Preferred:
➕ Two years of experience in Emergency, Critical Care, or Medical-Surgical Nursing
➕ Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification
