Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients in urgent medical situations.

  • Assess, triage, and develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

  • Provide rapid, evidence-based interventions to stabilize critically ill patients while supporting patients and their families during medical crises.

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring all care aligns with legal, ethical, hospital, and regulatory standards.

  • Utilize strong communication skills to build positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

Required:
✔ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
✔ Current RN license in Idaho
✔ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
✔ Obtain ACLS within 6 months, PALS within 9 months, and TNCC within 1 year

Preferred:
➕ Two years of experience in Emergency, Critical Care, or Medical-Surgical Nursing
➕ Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification
