In addition to inpatient services, Pembroke Hospital also offers Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for both adolescents and adults. These programs provide intensive, day-treatment services designed to support individuals who need more structure than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require 24-hour hospitalization. Pembroke Hospital is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our behavioral health team. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available across day (7 AM – 3 PM), evening (3 PM – 11 PM), and overnight (11 PM – 7 AM) shifts. All positions offer a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for shift coverage and overtime, and are open to new graduate RNs.

Sign-On Bonus:
Evening and Overnight shift roles are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Located just south of Boston on 26 scenic acres, Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care inpatient behavioral health facility offering specialized care for adolescents, adults, and older adults. We provide both inpatient and partial hospitalization programs (PHP), designed to assess, stabilize, and treat individuals experiencing significant behavioral health challenges.
