Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Staff RN to join our hospital-based team at MultiCare. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your specialized training, clinical expertise, and nursing care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and prioritize patient care by assessing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis.

Apply nursing education and experience to provide evidence-based care in alignment with hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care quality, experience, and cost-effectiveness.

Create a learning environment for patients, families, nurses, and healthcare team members.

Advocate for ethical, holistic, and culturally competent care, ensuring the autonomy, dignity, and well-being of all patients.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required (must be obtained within five years of hire; RNs with 15+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of this requirement).

Advanced Nursing Degree (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.

Active RN License in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL).

Current BLS Certification required.

Additional Certifications (as required by department): ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP.

Specialty certification preferred.

One year of acute care experience preferred.
