Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients referred by healthcare providers.
- Develop personalized treatment plans using appropriate therapy techniques to achieve established goals.
- Administer treatment programs utilizing approved procedures to support patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of treatment procedures and patient responses.
- Oversee and provide guidance to occupational therapy assistants, students, and rehab aides, ensuring quality care and adherence to treatment protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited occupational therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Arts.
- Missouri state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- BLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
