The Role: Customer Support Specialist (Non-USA)
Join our Worker Operations Team—the heartbeat of our customer experience. As a Customer Support Specialist, you won’t just answer questions; you’ll play a critical role in supporting over 60,000 healthcare professionals, helping them thrive in a fast-moving and trust-based marketplace.
This is a remote, entry-level role with leadership potential. Many of our current team leads started in this position. If you’re sharp, driven, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you.
⚠️ Please Note: This is a global role outside the USA. You must be available to work 5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday.
What You’ll Do
As Customer Support Specialist you have to;

Provide fast, accurate, and empathetic support via chat, voice, and email

Resolve issues related to shift scheduling, payments, and platform use

Use tools like Zendesk and Salesforce to document cases and track customer interactions

Communicate clearly and confidently, using macros appropriately and always personalizing responses

Troubleshoot using judgment and workflow knowledge—escalating only when necessary

Support new healthcare workers with onboarding and platform navigation
-
Monitor patterns, flag recurring problems, and suggest operational improvements
-
Represent Clipboard Health values such as ownership, urgency, and high standards in every interaction
What You’ll Bring as Remote Customer Support Specialist

Fluency in English (spoken and written) at a professional level
-
2+ years experience in a customer support role (chat or voice)

2+ years working with CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce
-
2+ years experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) in a professional setting
-
Ability to multitask in fast-paced, remote environments
-
Proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills
-
High attention to detail and sound decision-making under pressure
-
A collaborative mindset and growth-oriented attitude
