Position Overview
As a key member of the Healthcare Data Intelligence (HDI) team at ADSI, you will manage and interpret clinical data from multiple sources to support analytics and statistical reporting. This role serves as a bridge between analytic and technical teams, guiding the use of clinical data to meet customer requirements and ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and interpret a wide variety of clinical or EHR-based data.

Define scope and format of analytic reports.

Use clinical knowledge to guide analytics needs.

Compile and organize data to meet customer and reporting requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to assess data availability, robustness, and readiness.

Identify trends within data and provide recommendations for quality improvement.
Qualifications
Required:
-
High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience OR Associate/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable job experience.
Preferred:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a clinical field (e.g., Nursing)

Healthcare experience (hospital, clinic, or public health)
-
Data analysis experience, including SQL or other data manipulation languages

Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud computing environments

Previous clinical/EHR data experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills
