About the Role
Manettas Co is seeking a Junior Social Media Editor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help shape the online voice of brands across the hospitality, wellness, and food & beverage sectors. You’ll draft, edit, and schedule engaging social content, track performance, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns that inspire and connect with audiences.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, edit, and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms.

Maintain brand voice and ensure content follows editorial guidelines.

Monitor engagement metrics and compile performance reports.

Support senior editors in managing and executing content calendars.

Research industry trends and integrate them into content strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign deliverables.

Proofread and fact-check posts for clarity and accuracy.

Manage and maintain digital asset libraries for campaigns.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 0–2 years of experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn editorial best practices.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
