• Quality, Compliance & Communication:

  • Adhere strictly to all established policies and procedures of the ROE unit and Lifepoint Health.
  • Perform all duties in strict accordance with specific, defined standards of care, as evidenced by the successful completion of competency skills checklists and ongoing performance evaluations.
  • Clearly articulate daily activities and contributions that actively support the continuous quality improvement (CQI) of patient care services.
  • Actively participate in the maintenance and ongoing development of the continuous quality improvement program.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive written or oral reports at the change of shift. These reports will communicate any incomplete assignments and highlight potential patient safety concerns that require monitoring, thereby ensuring seamless continuity of medication therapy and care.

• General Duties & Ethical Conduct:

  • Perform other related duties as deemed necessary and assigned by the ROE Director or the Corporate Director of Pharmacy Services, always in accordance with established organizational policies and the stringent requirements of accrediting bodies.
