About the Role
We are looking for a Renewals Agent to join our dynamic and friendly inbound sales team at Acorn Insurance. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused sales role requiring confident communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex customer queries.
Working in a supportive and target-driven environment, you’ll receive full FCA-regulated training, helping you grow within the business and provide exceptional service to our new and existing customers.
What You’ll Be Doing

Review and action allocated policy renewal lists.

Invite and renew motor policies compliantly.

Check policy data accuracy and update records.

Conduct fair market analysis and offer suitable renewal options.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Sell added-value products compliantly.

Respond to customer renewal queries promptly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For

Previous sales or customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus but not required).

Excellent IT, admin, and data entry skills.

Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication abilities.

Confident and pleasant telephone manner.

Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to meet KPIs.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Strong team player with a professional and polite approach.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
