About the Role

We are looking for a Renewals Agent to join our dynamic and friendly inbound sales team at Acorn Insurance. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused sales role requiring confident communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex customer queries.

Working in a supportive and target-driven environment, you’ll receive full FCA-regulated training, helping you grow within the business and provide exceptional service to our new and existing customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review and action allocated policy renewal lists.

  • Invite and renew motor policies compliantly.

  • Check policy data accuracy and update records.

  • Conduct fair market analysis and offer suitable renewal options.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

  • Sell added-value products compliantly.

  • Respond to customer renewal queries promptly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sales or customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus but not required).

  • Excellent IT, admin, and data entry skills.

  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication abilities.

  • Confident and pleasant telephone manner.

  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to meet KPIs.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

  • Strong team player with a professional and polite approach.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
