What You’ll Do

Take ownership of the renewals process, partnering with account teams to strengthen and extend customer contracts and relationships.

Serve as a key contributor in developing foundational processes and playbooks for this newly established function.

Engage directly with key decision-makers to understand customer needs, resolve challenges, and secure timely renewals.

Maintain a rolling 90-day forecast of renewal opportunities in your designated territory.

Negotiate and execute renewal agreements, working closely with legal to align with customer goals and timelines.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewal cycles to drive additional growth.

Create a comprehensive renewal engagement playbook to optimize revenue retention and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are

2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role within Post-Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management—ideally in an Enterprise SaaS environment.

Proven ability to negotiate and close complex contracts, with a focus on customer alignment and long-term value.

Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., RevOps, Business Tech, Sales, and Customer Success).

Passionate about strategic growth, with the ability to design new processes and operational initiatives.

You lead with empathy, precision, and a growth mindset, and thrive in collaborative, team-oriented settings.

Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS tools and collaborative technologies.

History of meeting or exceeding personal and team performance goals.

Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments and adapting quickly to change.
Compensation & Benefits

On-target earnings for Austin-based candidates: $81,000 – $105,000 USD

Compensation is determined by factors such as location, skills, and experience.
