Eastlight Community Homes is looking for a detail-oriented Repairs Scheduler to support our Home Solutions Team. As a key team member, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating repairs and maintenance work that directly improves the lives of our residents. What You’ll Be Doing as a Repairs Scheduler
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule repair appointments using specialist software

Monitor and update operative diaries to ensure timely service

Maintain clear and accurate records of repair requests and progress

Communicate effectively with residents, keeping them informed throughout

Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and efficiency

Ensure high first-time-fix rates through smart scheduling
As a Repairs Scheduler, your work will directly impact our residents’ comfort and safety by ensuring their homes are well maintained.
What You’ll Need for the Repairs Scheduler Role
Requirements:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Familiarity with scheduling tools or systems (training provided)

A passion for improving community living conditions

Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 4:15 pm
