Eastlight Community Homes is looking for a detail-oriented Repairs Scheduler to support our Home Solutions Team. As a key team member, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating repairs and maintenance work that directly improves the lives of our residents. What You’ll Be Doing as a Repairs Scheduler

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule repair appointments using specialist software

  • Monitor and update operative diaries to ensure timely service

  • Maintain clear and accurate records of repair requests and progress

  • Communicate effectively with residents, keeping them informed throughout

  • Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and efficiency

  • Ensure high first-time-fix rates through smart scheduling

As a Repairs Scheduler, your work will directly impact our residents’ comfort and safety by ensuring their homes are well maintained.

What You’ll Need for the Repairs Scheduler Role

 Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools or systems (training provided)

  • A passion for improving community living conditions

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 4:15 pm
