About the Role

As a Reporting Accountant on our Controllership Center of Excellence team, you’ll play a key role in financial reporting, governance, and process optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your accounting expertise to build best-in-class processes, support audits, and deliver reporting that guides strategic decision-making at a growing fintech leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile monthly and regulatory financial reporting packages.
• Assist with G/L and reporting system maintenance.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and financial reports.
• Partner with Accounting and FP&A teams for financial reviews.
• Support annual and interim audits with external auditors.
• Manage trackers, record management, and financial calendars.
• Support GAAP implementation and compliance.
• Lead special projects focused on process improvements, system implementations, and integrations.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in reporting.
• Compliance and regulatory reporting expertise.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Experience with Oracle, Oracle OTBI/Hyperion (a plus).
• SEC reporting familiarity.
• Knowledge of technical accounting topics and consolidation principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong documentation capabilities.
• Financial services industry experience (preferred).
