Key Responsibilities
- Service Management: Maintain and update the Service Catalogue, ensuring it remains relevant and aligned with reporting services.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate the core reporting service and strategy to key stakeholders.
- Attend service check-ins with Client Group representatives when required.
- Gather and incorporate user feedback into reporting initiatives.
- Facilitate discussions on upcoming changes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Change Governance & Delivery:
- Oversee small change requests and maintenance projects for Reporting areas, working closely with tech partners and vendors.
- Ensure all changes align with the Reporting Design Authority (RDA) framework and assess their impact on core services.
- Conduct feasibility assessments in collaboration with Reporting Operations SMEs and technical specialists.
- Document business requirements and support the development of statements of work for approved changes.
- Work with vendors/tech partners to prioritize and implement reporting solutions.
- Project & Strategy Alignment:
- Act as a proxy SME/Product Owner for Change the Business (CTB) projects in reporting.
- Align reporting solutions with the overall business strategy and ensure successful transition from project to BAU (Business As Usual).
- Conduct impact assessments, gap analysis, and process mapping for seamless integration of changes.
- Oversee testing, operational readiness, and quality assurance to ensure effective implementation.
- Client & Fund Onboarding:
- Coordinate onboarding processes for clients and funds requiring custom reporting solutions beyond standard BAU operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of the Client Reporting landscape, and a focus on delivering the best outcomes for clients and stakeholders. You should be solution-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing reporting projects from initiation to completion.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
✔ Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage, influence, and gain confidence from stakeholders at all levels.
✔ Technical Knowledge: Understanding of reporting tools, APIs, and financial data management.
✔ Operational Expertise: Background in client reporting within asset management or financial services.
✔ Project & Change Management: Experience in managing end-to-end change initiatives and aligning with business objectives.
✔ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a solutions-focused approach.
✔ Communication Skills: Ability to present, document, and convey complex information effectively.
✔ Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in reporting, data integrity, and documentation.
✔ Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Innovation: Willingness to explore technology-driven solutions to enhance reporting processes.
✔ Microsoft Applications Proficiency: Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
