We’re hiring a detail-oriented and efficient Reports Administrator (RTC) to support our growing clinical operations team in Canterbury. In this hybrid role, you’ll help streamline patient pathways by managing assessments, finalising clinical reports, and ensuring data accuracy across our systems. As a Reports Administrator (RTC), you’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance, meeting performance targets, and supporting high-quality neurodevelopmental care delivery.

Key Responsibilities – Reports Administrator (RTC)

Your Day-to-Day Duties

As a Reports Administrator (RTC), you will:

  • Extract assessment data and update our patient records system.

  • Ensure clinicians complete outcomes, risks, and clinical summaries.

  • Move patients through the care pathway in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Manage referrals and ensure they follow the correct care stage.

  • Escalate issues to the contract coordinator when needed.

  • Maintain KPI performance by processing a set number of reports daily.

  • Ensure timely submission of clinician reports and dictations.

What We’re Looking For in a Reports Administrator (RTC)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic patient records.

  • Strong skills in report formatting, proofreading, and compliance.

  • Experience in tracking KPIs, audits, and clinical systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.

  • Knowledge of clinical terminology and patient record management.
