About the Role
Jerry.ai is looking for a Researcher, HR (People Operations) to play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at one of the fastest-growing consumer companies. You’ll support the end-to-end employee journey, help scale company culture, streamline People Operations workflows, and directly impact how we support our most valuable asset — our people.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Support employee journeys: Manage onboarding, transitions, and overall employee lifecycle processes.

Be a culture ambassador: Plan and execute in-person gatherings, offsites, virtual events, and other culture-building initiatives.

Strengthen communications: Draft and distribute internal newsletters and company updates to keep information flowing across teams.

Own data & systems: Maintain accuracy in HR systems and manage administrative tasks (I-9s, benefits, employment verifications).

Optimize processes: Identify and implement workflow improvements, leveraging AI and automation tools.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.

0–2 years of HR or People Operations experience (startup experience a plus).
