Position Overview
We’re seeking a Researcher/Writer to help shape the stories we tell. You’ll pitch, research, and break down complex news topics into accurate, engaging, and digestible segments for both video and web content. This role is perfect for someone who is intellectually curious, passionate about journalism, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities

Research trending and breaking news stories across domestic and international beats

Build clear, concise, and informative outlines for show segments

Source high-quality images and video clips to support visual storytelling

Collaborate with the editorial and production team to meet daily publishing deadlines

Assist with special projects and editorial assignments as needed
Qualifications

Educational or professional background in Journalism, Political Science, Communications, or a related field

Demonstrated research and writing experience

Strong ability to analyze complex issues from multiple viewpoints

Exceptional attention to detail and fact-checking skills

Ability to write in a clear, conversational tone that fits the show’s unique style

Able to work independently with minimal supervision
