 Key Responsibilities

  • Convert booking inquiries into confirmed reservations

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email

  • Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently

  • Identify potential leads and support sales targets

  • Maintain accurate reservation records and booking details

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to support guest satisfaction

 What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for hospitality and guest service

  • Professional telephone manner and communication skills

  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities

  • Intermediate computer skills (PMS experience preferred)

  • Previous experience in reservations or front office (advantageous)

  • Hotel or tourism qualification (preferred but not essential)
