Key Responsibilities

Convert booking inquiries into confirmed reservations

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email

Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently

Identify potential leads and support sales targets

Maintain accurate reservation records and booking details

Work collaboratively with other departments to support guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For

A passion for hospitality and guest service
-
Professional telephone manner and communication skills
-
Strong administrative and organisational abilities
-
Intermediate computer skills (PMS experience preferred)
-
Previous experience in reservations or front office (advantageous)

Hotel or tourism qualification (preferred but not essential)
