Job Summary:

Home House – London’s most exclusive private members’ club – is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to join our dynamic Front of House team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating reservations for both rooms and dining, ensuring a luxurious and seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and confirm all bedroom and table reservation enquiries accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensure all reservation details, comments, and guest preferences are correctly recorded and communicated.

  • Consistently follow the Club’s Standard Operating Procedures to uphold service excellence.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of facilities, services, room rates, promotions, and operations across both Home House and Home Grown.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, promoting room service, dining, and special events.

  • Liaise with Reception and Front of House teams to manage allocations, block outs, and VIP arrangements.

  • Support group booking enquiries and coordinate with Food & Beverage teams to prepare and distribute function sheets.

  • Assist in the organisation of private events and members’ parties, managing reservations, ticketing, and logistics.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a Reservations, Front of House, or Guest Services role within a high-end hospitality environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional phone manner.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to guest care.

  • Proficiency in reservation and front office systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple enquiries efficiently.

  • Sales awareness and ability to recognise and act on upselling opportunities.

  • Collaborative team player with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
