Company Overview
At Providence, our foundation is built on understanding. We take the time to see, hear, and appreciate every individual who enters our doors—whether they are a patient, caregiver, family member, or volunteer. When you join our team, we walk alongside you in your career, providing the support you need to care for others.
Providence Health & Services, along with our family of organizations, is uniting under a single Providence brand over the next two years. Together, our 120,000 caregivers (employees) serve across 52 hospitals, 1,085 clinics, and a wide range of health and social services in Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
We seek compassionate caregivers who resonate with our mission and bring it to life every day. That’s what makes us unique. That’s health with human connection.
