Providence Mount Carmel Hospital is offering a $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all payment conditions—on top of a comprehensive benefits and compensation package that begins on your first day of employment.
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in patient care as a paramedical specialist, with expertise in all modalities of respiratory therapy. Given the highly critical nature of respiratory care, you must stay up to date with evolving procedures and techniques to provide the highest level of treatment.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program

Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License (upon hire)

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – American Heart Association (upon hire)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification – American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire)
