Key Responsibilities – Restaurant Manager

  • Lead and motivate front-of-house and service teams to deliver a memorable dining experience

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment

  • Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and guest satisfaction

  • Manage financial performance, inventory, and cost controls

  • Support team development through training, coaching, and career advancement opportunities

  • Collaborate with assistant managers and the leadership team to achieve operational goals

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management or hospitality leadership role

  • Strong communication and people-management skills
