You will assist in offering exceptional customer service across our restaurant areas, ensuring food hygiene standards are met, and driving sales through engaging customer interactions. As a Restaurant Customer Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent customer service by assisting with various transactions across the restaurant

Driving sales through interactions with customers while promoting Dobbies Club membership benefits

Helping customers with product knowledge, allergies, and dietary needs

Working with your team to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant area

Assisting with tasks such as stock management, cash handling, till work, and deliveries, all of which offer opportunities to gain additional skills and experience
Team Collaboration & Flexibility

Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant and store

Assist with stock control routines and restaurant service when required
