Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at MTY Food Group in Toronto, ON. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including P&L management, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, budgeting, and hiring staff to maintain operational efficiency.

P&L Management and Budgeting skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise
Hiring capabilities
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in restaurant management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an asset
