Position: Restaurant Kitchen Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will manage food preparation, inventory, and key P&L responsibilities while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in every aspect of the kitchen. As a Restaurant Kitchen Manager, you will also mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $68,800 annually

Key Responsibilities – Restaurant Kitchen Manager

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations with a focus on food quality and safety

Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for maximum efficiency

Train, motivate, and lead a passionate kitchen team

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Maintain consistent communication with staff and management on operational goals

Analyze P&L performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Foster a positive, team-focused work culture
Requirements – Restaurant Kitchen Manager

Must be at least 21 years of age
-
Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant environment

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge of P&L management and cost controls

Ability to obtain necessary state/local certifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Preferred Skills

Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, or Hot Schedules

Knowledge of local and state health codes

Previous experience managing high-volume teams
