Job Responsibilities
- Oversee profit and loss statements, budgets, and cost controls, ensuring food, beverage, and labor goals are met.
- Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including inventory and payroll.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team by training, mentoring, motivating, and assessing staff to support continuous growth.
- Address customer questions, comments, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Enforce and uphold safety, cleanliness, and security standards through regular inspections and best practices.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent required.
- CPR/AED certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of hire.
- At least two years of management and leadership experience or a degree in culinary arts, business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to drive operational and financial performance.
- Experience in fast-casual or full-service restaurant settings preferred.
Compensation
- Salaried position starting at $72,700, with potential earnings up to $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
- Bonus opportunities available based on performance metrics.
