Your Responsibilities
- Consistently embody and promote our Vision, Values, and Beliefs.
- Take full ownership of the guest experience, leading associates during each shift to ensure exceptional service.
- Oversee front-of-house operations, including associate training, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining equipment and facilities.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to share key business updates, assign station coverage, and communicate core Values.
- Lead hiring efforts, mentor team members, provide on-the-spot coaching, and foster continuous team development.
- Collaborate with the Hospitality Leadership team to implement strategies aimed at growing the business.
- Cultivate expert knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and inspire associates to do the same.
- Adapt to change with resilience and consistently deliver exceptional results, regardless of challenges.
- Manage financial responsibilities, including till cash handling, bank deposits, change requests, daily balancing, and tip reporting.
Our Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across leadership levels in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Proven ability to lead teams and take ownership of specific revenue goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and creative problem-solving mindset.
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
