About the Role:
Join London’s most glamorous all-booth restaurant, Bob Bob Ricard Soho, famous for its “Press for Champagne” service and unmatched luxury dining. We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Restaurant Manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for five-star hospitality.
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for daily front-of-house operations, guest satisfaction, staff training, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and has proven managerial experience in high-end restaurants or hospitality venues.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and manage the front-of-house team to deliver flawless service

Organise staffing schedules and oversee daily operations

Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

Train and onboard staff in service, safety, and operational standards

Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally

Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food delivery and quality

Monitor financial performance and drive profitability through strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a restaurant/hospitality management role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards

Bartending familiarity is a plus but not required
