Key Responsibilities – Restaurant & Operations Manager
As a Restaurant & Operations Manager, you will:

Lead and develop hourly team members to exceed guest expectations

Ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a fun, engaging atmosphere

Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members for peak performance

Oversee cost of goods sold (COGS) and labor management for profitability

Collaborate with leadership teams to achieve high-quality operational goals

Demonstrate proactive leadership through guest interactions and team support

Uphold company values and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for both guests and employees
Requirements – Restaurant & Operations Manager

Minimum 21 years of age
-
2+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment management

Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills

Proficiency in managing COGS and labor expenses

Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays in a fast-paced environment

Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods during busy shifts
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $52,181 – $61,389 annually
