Key Responsibilities – Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will:

  • Manage front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling and customer service.

  • Oversee kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service quality.

  • Hire, train, and retain top talent for excellent guest experiences.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Work with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management.

  • Implement cleaning, sanitation, and food safety procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
