About the Role

Key Responsibilities – Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will:

Manage front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling and customer service.

Oversee kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service quality.

Hire, train, and retain top talent for excellent guest experiences.

Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain optimal stock levels.

Work with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management.

Implement cleaning, sanitation, and food safety procedures.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
