Key Responsibilities – Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will:

Lead daily operations to deliver Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits.

Drive sales growth through exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Recruit, train, and develop top-performing team members.

Monitor labor and food cost efficiencies to maximize profitability.

Maintain a safe, clean, and positive work environment for staff and guests.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual or full-service dining.

Proven track record of team leadership and operational success.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

ServeSafe Certification preferred.

Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience & Skills

Full-service restaurant experience (2+ years)

Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and team coaching

Strong community engagement and guest relations skills
