We’re now looking for a warm, professional, and organised Restaurant Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. If you enjoy welcoming people, managing bookings, and being part of a close-knit, high-performing team, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming guests as the first point of contact

Managing table bookings via phone, email, and online systems

Working closely with the floor and kitchen teams to coordinate smooth service

Keeping track of guest preferences and VIP requirements

Maintaining a polished and professional reception area

Helping to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience
What You’ll Need

Previous experience as a host or receptionist in a fine dining or busy restaurant

Strong communication and customer service skills

Confidence and warmth when speaking with guests

Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure

A positive attitude and team-player mindset
