What You’ll Be Doing

Running the Floor: Oversee daily service from start to finish, keeping the operation smooth and guest-focused

Leading the Team: Motivate, guide, and support FOH team members to deliver excellent service

Guest Relations: Build connections with guests, manage feedback with care, and ensure everyone leaves happy

Operational Precision: Manage logistics including table planning, pacing, and in-the-moment problem solving

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and senior leaders to maintain consistency and quality
What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a high-volume, late-night hospitality venue

Confidence in managing allergen processes, detailed service standards, and team operations
-
Natural leadership presence with a hands-on, proactive style
