About the Job
Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager, Visual Merchandising for our retail store at The Shops at La Cantera in San Antonio, TX.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to drive both sales and operational excellence while shaping an exceptional customer experience. You’ll leverage cutting-edge technology to connect the online and in-store journey, lead visual merchandising efforts, and help build a high-performing team committed to success.

Manage daily store operations to align with company goals.

Maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey.

Provide and encourage feedback to continuously improve store performance.

Meet and exceed store objectives in sales, productivity, and quality standards.

Achieve personal sales goals and assist team members with product knowledge.

Maintain safety, security, and compliance standards.

Assist with inventory, unpacking, and stockroom duties (boxes 10–30 lbs).
What You Bring to the Team
-
1+ years of management experience in retail (assistant or store manager level preferred).

Familiarity with active lifestyle categories (yoga, cycling, Pilates, running, nutrition, etc.).

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
-
Comfort with ambiguity and initiative in solving problems.

Familiarity with retail POS and inventory systems.
-
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
-
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be 18+.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
