Retail Associate

Refill Madness is dedicated to the health of our planet while providing brand-name products and excellent customer service. Refill Madness is a soap refillery and zero-waste shop where single-use plastics are removed from the waste stream by refilling customers’ existing bottles and containers with everyday soaps and household products.

Refill Madness prides itself onexcellentcustomer service which includes full-service refills and knowing our customer’s names. We try to go above and beyond our customer’s expectations so they may return for future refills and remain confident in our products and services.

We are looking for a part-time retail associate to work at least one weekend day and at least 2 weekdays per week, roughly 18-20 hrs per week.

Weekends are mandatory.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandise stocking and restocking. Educate customers on all products and services. Follow instructions and staff duties.

Qualifications

Must be reliable, motivated, and a quick learner with a passion for the environment, excellent customer service skills. High school diploma required, prior customer service work experience, and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift over 60lbs correctly
