As a Retail Associate, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador—delivering exceptional service, maintaining visual standards, and helping customers find the right products. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable shopping experiences while supporting the store leadership team in achieving operational and sales goals.

How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering product questions and recommending solutions.

  • Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and safety standards.

  • Process transactions including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollments.

  • Support inventory flow by receiving, stocking, and replenishing products.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

  • Up to 2 years of retail or customer service experience.

  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tools.

  • Must be 16 years or older.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet in an active setting.

Work Environment

  • Active, physical role with frequent movement and occasional use of specialized equipment.

  • Flexible retail scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
