As a Retail Associate, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador—delivering exceptional service, maintaining visual standards, and helping customers find the right products. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable shopping experiences while supporting the store leadership team in achieving operational and sales goals.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Provide outstanding customer service by answering product questions and recommending solutions.

Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and safety standards.

Process transactions including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollments.

Support inventory flow by receiving, stocking, and replenishing products.
What You Bring

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Up to 2 years of retail or customer service experience.

Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tools.

Must be 16 years or older.

Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet in an active setting.
Work Environment

Active, physical role with frequent movement and occasional use of specialized equipment.
