Keys Responsibilities
The Cashier plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by creating a positive and welcoming shopping environment. This is achieved through a genuine eagerness to assist, extensive product knowledge, high standards of brand representation, and efficient management of Front-End operations.
Key responsibilities include warmly greeting every customer and proactively engaging with them to understand their needs, ensuring a supportive and enjoyable shopping experience. The Cashier efficiently processes sales transactions and returns in line with established Front-End procedures while actively promoting company programs, such as customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
Qualification
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in sales, cashiering, or customer service. The role requires the physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift items weighing between 15 to 35 pounds. Cashiers should also be able to work on their feet for extended periods (up to 4 hours) and perform repetitive motions for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
