Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Warmly greet every customer and proactively assist them to understand their needs, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Efficient Transaction Processing: Accurately handle sales transactions and returns following established Front-End procedures.
- Promote Company Programs: Actively encourage participation in company initiatives, such as loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card sign-ups.
- Maintain Safety and Confidentiality: Follow safety protocols, loss prevention policies, and standard operating procedures while safeguarding all company information.
- Foster an Inclusive Environment: Contribute to a store atmosphere where all teammates and customers feel valued, respected, and safe.
- Team Support: Embrace a team-first mentality by assisting in various store areas as needed.
- Additional Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 and 35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
