What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

Build customer loyalty by delivering a positive final touchpoint during checkout

Provide efficient, accurate service at registers and other areas of the store

Offer additional products and services (home delivery, credit card, IKEA Family card)

Resolve customer concerns independently to meet unique needs

Assist with safe and efficient car loading/unloading services
Qualifications

1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment

Must successfully pass a background check and drug test (sensitive position requirement)
