Collaborate and Drive In-Store Engagement
As a Retail Marketing Executive, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing strategies:

Work closely with the Trade Marketing Executive, Retail & Loyalty teams to plan and execute key retail activations, promotions, and customer engagement activities

Assist with staff training and incentives, fostering cross-divisional selling initiatives to elevate in-store performance

Track competitor activities, prepare monthly reports, and use insights to optimize future marketing efforts

Develop strong relationships with key teams like Retail Leadership, Content & Creative, Events, and CRM to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives

Participate in retail leadership meetings, providing updates and managing multiple projects simultaneously

To succeed as a Retail Marketing Executive, you should possess the following:

Proven experience in brand management or customer-facing leadership roles within a luxury retail environment
