About the Role:
Anderson Merchandisers is seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented Sales Merchandisers to execute merchandising standards, drive sales, and maintain excellent retailer and client relationships. This role requires independent work, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to have fun while performing tasks.
Responsibilities:

Build rapport with store associates and management through daily communication.

Educate customers on product features and benefits of client brands.

Execute merchandising tasks, projects, resets, and displays accurately and efficiently.

Maintain high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
-
Communicate daily activities, sales opportunities, and challenges to Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.

Utilize handheld devices consistently for reporting and data tracking.

Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing.

Flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.

Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Access to computer, internet, email, and printing capabilities.
Compensation:

Rate of pay: $18.00/hour
