Job Overview
Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. You’ll be responsible for customer engagement, product knowledge, merchandising, and promoting store programs while maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Engage customers by greeting them and offering support to meet their needs.

Maintain company merchandising standards: signage, floor sets, price changes, and inventory presentation.

Promote company programs including loyalty memberships, warranty sales, and store credit card enrollment.

Follow safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures.

Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Create a welcoming and respectful environment for teammates and customers.

Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across departments.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
-
Prior retail, sales, cashier, or customer service experience preferred.

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull items weighing 15–35 lbs. repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).

Comfortable working at heights over 4 feet with ladders or lifting devices.

Ability to perform repetitive motions for up to 2 hours continuously.
