What You’ll Be Doing
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales success and delivering excellent customer experiences. Your responsibilities include:

Generating sales by connecting customers with Verizon’s cutting-edge technology.

Learning customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Closing sales with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Growing your skills through training and operational up-skilling.

Expanding your customer base through outreach and community events.
Compensation: $16.00–$21.00/hr base pay + up to $16,000/year in commissions. Top performers can earn $65,000–$73,500+ annually.

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of work or military experience
Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays
Flexible to pick up extra shifts during peak periods

Where You’ll Work
This is an on-site role at the Fairfield, CA location with 40 scheduled weekly hours.
