Job Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate at IKEA, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience. You will assist customers in finding home furnishing solutions, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and ensure that prioritized products are highlighted to inspire shoppers. What You’ll Do

Assist and advise customers on home furnishing solutions.

Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and correctly priced.

Act as a consultant on IKEA’s full range of products and services.

Guide customers toward top-selling and prioritized items.

Assemble display products for new product launches.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (home furnishing preferred).

Must be 18 years or older.

Open availability between 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM.

Authorized to work in the U.S.
